Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local customs authority. We are not responsible for these extra charges.
We will provide commercial invoice for customs declaration. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will be calculated based on product weight, volume and destination country. We will offer you the exact shipping fee in the quotation after you send us your inquiry.
Order Processing Time
We need 3‑7 business days to prepare your order before shipment. We will send you tracking number once your goods are dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos and tracking information. We will work with the logistics provider to solve the problem.
Return & Shipping
